Process
How to submit products
Download the pack
Get the CSV template and fill guide below. Open the CSV in Google Sheets or Excel.
Fill one row per SKU
Keep the header row. Replace example rows. Use the same parentId for variants.
Attach evidence
Certificate PDFs, REACH letter, BOM, pack spec, and photos — filenames must match the sheet.
Send to KindNesta
Email the completed CSV + evidence pack to kindnesta@proton.me. We acknowledge within 2 business days, complete an initial gate review within ~10 business days, then confirm the score and list the product.
Requirements
What we need from suppliers
Certificates are not required just to be listed — but they are required if you want recycled / organic / FSC-style claims or a Strong Kindness Score.
Honest product data
Clear title, materials, dimensions, images, and specific public claims only — no generic “eco-friendly” fluff.
Evidence for green claims
If you claim recycled, organic, FSC, etc., attach matching certificates with numbers, scope, and expiry dates.
Chemical baseline
REACH compliance answers for EU-bound goods. SVHC disclosure if above threshold. OEKO-TEX or equivalent when relevant.
Traceability
Country of manufacture, tier-1 identity, main material origin, and batch-level traceability where available (DPP-ready).
Shipped packaging facts
Pack materials, weight, recycled plastic %, overpack justification, and sorting/label plan for PPWR-minded buyers.
Gate self-check
Complete A1–A7 on the template. Any FAIL caps the Kindness Score at 49 until fixed.
EU claim rules (read before writing copy)
Under EmpCo (from 27 Sep 2026 in the EU), generic words like eco-friendly,green, sustainable, or climate neutral face strict limits without excellent, verified performance. Prefer specific claims with % and scheme names.
- Good: Made from 100% GRS-certified recycled cotton paper
- Bad: Eco-friendly hangtag
Typical proof by claim type:
- Recycled content → GRS or RCS
- Organic cotton → GOTS
- Responsible paper / forest fibre → FSC or PEFC
- Harmful-substance testing (textiles) → OEKO-TEX Standard 100
- Broad excellent performance → EU Ecolabel / Blue Angel
